The study employed the use of questionnaire whereby set of questions where administered to system users (department of health care service management lecturers) to gather information on whether the SMS meet users expectation. The study established that there is limited usage of SMS within the department. The study further revealed that most of the SMS users are not satisfied with regard to the design and implementation of SMS at Boitekanelo College as the overall satisfaction with regard to the SMS was very low.
