Abstract: Lonaka Journal of Learning and Teaching (Lonaka JoLT) is a platform for communicating messages of scholarship through researched articles, essays and personal reflective narratives that have a hearing and or implications on learning and teaching applications in contemporary higher education. Lonaka JoLT is designed to provide the academic community teaching at university, and indeed other settings, with perspectives, descriptions, experiences and practices over a range of topical issues in study programme design, learning and teaching contexts or a local situation with profound educational import.
